Lilac

As a textile and fabric artist based in Narrabri, my work is grounded in authenticity, patience, and process. Using fabric, stitching, texture, and layering, I create artworks that reflect both traditional craftsmanship and contemporary storytelling. My current body of work explores water — its movement, stillness, strength, and emotional presence. Inspired by the landscapes and waterways of regional Australia, I use textiles to capture the rhythms and connections found within nature. I value slow making and thoughtful creation, believing meaningful artworks take time, care, and intention. Through my work, I invite viewers to pause, reflect, and connect with the handmade process.
