Frog Pond

Frog Pond celebrates the quiet beauty of wetland ecosystems through the layered process of botanical monoprinting. Using natural plant forms to create the lily pads, I have combined the unpredictability of printmaking with hand-coloured frogs to evoke moments of stillness, curiosity and life beneath the water’s surface. The work invites viewers to pause and  appreciate the intricate patterns and delicate balance found in nature, reminding us that even the smallest habitats are rich with beauty and wonder.
